CARES ACT FUND FOR ASSISTED LIVING - DUE September 13 Some of you have been waiting to receive an email notifying you to move to the next step of the Cares Act Fund application process. Please note that you should log in to:
https://cares.linkhealth.com/dashboard/#/
Using the log in username and password entered when you entered your TIN information.
This will take you to the Provider Dashboard where it says "Validate TIN Complete" and be prompted to enter "Revenue and Tax Information"
Reminder that the first step of entering your TIN to start the process must be done by Sept. 13. That is this Sunday. There will be no extension on this date.
Please visit the Provider Relief Fund webpage and then click on the Providers link to locate specific information on the application process and to begin an application. One of the available resources included under the Apply Now link is a CARES Act Payment Portal User Guide. This guide includes videos and links to information needed to access the portal and for each step of the application process.
