The Legislature has consistently invested in preserving and expanding affordable housing supply in the state. Now we need them to take the first steps to reform our antiquated exclusionary zoning system.
H.B. 6107 will align the Zoning Enabling Act with the state's policy goal that municipalities plan and provide for multifamily housing and housing affordable to low-and moderate-income families.
