Advocates at the PAN ForumWe're just over two months away from the 2016 PAN Forum, February 29 - March 2, 2016. There's still time to join us, so be sure to complete your registration as soon as possible. Qualifying registrants may be eligible for a scholarship to help cover the cost of attending the event. To be eligible for scholarship consideration, you must register no later than Friday, December 18.

Now Is the Time: Stand Up for Medical Research Funding
Congress is nearing a final Fiscal Year 2016 spending agreement that may include meaningful increases in federal medical research funding. With a final deal likely approaching in the coming days, now is the time to reach out to your Members of Congress and urge them to support a spending package that increases medical research funding and ensures greater certainty for agencies and programs important to the Parkinson's community. This week, the spotlight is on Michelle Lane, PAN Louisiana State Director, who writes about how her personal journey with Parkinson's inspired her to become a Grassroots Advocate and participate in the PAN Forum.
