Take Action

tell lawmakers you care about knowles-nelson and conservation in wisconsin

01

contact your lawmakers

Every single voice counts.

If we don’t speak up, Knowles-Nelson will go away. Send a message to Governor Evers and state legislators to let them know how crucial it is to be a conservation champion by continuing to protect Wisconsin’s land, water, and wildlife.

02

visit knowles-nelson sites with legislators

2022 is an important election year in Wisconsin. All Assembly seats, many Senate seats, and the Governor’s office will all be decided in November. Many districts will see competitive primary elections on August 9th, 2022.

More than 30 legislators are not seeking reelection, so there will be a lot of new faces at the Capitol in 2023.

Our task right now is to educate legislators and candidates on the value of land and water conservation in Wisconsin, and to educate them about how Knowles-Nelson works in communities across the state.
